TL;DRAbstract
Objective To observe the effect of inhibition and disinfection of alpha haemolytic Streptococci (AHS) SN-34 and SN-35 in vitro. Methods On the solid medium, the inhibition of SN-34 and SN-35 studied by means of agar overlay methods had observed in the inoculated region of S. pyogenes 32309-2 and Staphylococcus aureus 26001.On the liquid medium, AHS SN-34 and SN-35 which were incubated respectively with S. pyogenes 32309-2 and Staphylococcus aureus 26001 simultaneously. The change of number of the bacteria had been observed at an inter of two hours, and the curve of bacterial grouth bad been drawn. Result It was obvious in our test that the growth of S. pyogenes 32309-2 standard strain were inhibited by SN-34. Conclusion AHS SN-34 could inhibit growth of S. pyogenes 32309-2 only.
