TL;DRAbstract

Basing on visual and manual diagnostics biomechanics violation were investigated in 256 patients with cer-vicalgias. It was revealed that one of the main reasons of cervicalgia is shoulder-girdle pathobiomechanics with trapezius muscle functional overload and forming myofascial trigger point in it. The most perspective in practice methods and ways of diagnostics and treatment of pain are observed.
