TL;DRAbstract

The authors have presented issues of national accounts as a tool for integrating research results from all fields of statistics. The first part of the article contains a history of the development of national accounts and a discussion of their new standard ESA 2010 methodology, as well as the associated challenges. The article discusses the key role of the CSO in the development of finance statistics of central and local governments (GFS) and the directions of its development.
