Peculiarities of social-economical state of the Republic (remoteness from federal center, low density of population) determine the strategy of development of health care system in the Republic. Introduction of high technological kinds of medical assistance is one of the foreground directions in health care system development. The volume of rendered high technological medical assistance increased last years, interrelation with municipal health care establishments is worked through, some qualitative indexes are achieved.
