So as in Rokan Hilir (Rohil) Regency, where at 2005, contributions of agriculture sector reaches 57, 36 percent of Regional Domestic Product. Expansion of food agriculture sector is also important to prevent land use reorientation from agricultural land into plantation, especially palm oil trees. The Rokan Hilir Government strive this expansion variously, including cooperation with the Riau Province Government and Logistic Division (Bulog) in levying of paddy processing machine --Rice Processing Complex (RPC).
