Isolated Single Coronary Artery-A Case Report
TL;DRAbstract
Isolated single coronary artery is a rare congenital anomaly and reported to occur in 0.024% of the population. It can only be diagnosed by coronary angiography during life or occasionally as an autopsy finding in association with other congenital anomalies. Here we report a case with left single coronary artery who underwent the diagnostic cardiac catheterization under the impression of atypical angina with positive exercise test. The nature of this rare disease was reviewed.
