Investigation and identification of nematodes in the rhizosphere of Aryptomeria fortunei in Fujian

TL;DRAbstract

From 2002--2004, the samples of Aryptomeria fortunei roots and rhizosphere soil from main production areas in Fujian Province were collected and isolated. 12 species in 12 genera were identified. These were firstly reported in Aryptomeria fortunei in China. Tylenchorhynchus nudus, Tylenchorhynchus martini,Helicotylenchus dihystera,Paratylenchus minuts,Rotylenchulus reniformis and so on, are the important species which give rise to disease.
