Ecological changes of soil microorganism community after planting transgenic plant and molecular detect of alien target DNA

0

TL;DRAbstract

Supervision of changes in microorganism species and quantity in soil after planting transgenic plants and possibility of alien target DNA transfered into soil microorganism was an important part of ecological security evaluation in transgenic plant.12 transgenic tomato and contrast soil samples from Yunnan Academy of Agric.Sci.(YAAS) were collected and identified, and the microorganism were isolated by using flat dilution to determine the kinds and quantity. Results showed that there were some changes in quantity and species of microorganism in transgenic tomato soil samples, but no alien target DNA was detected from PCR products of total soil DNA and strain DNA amplified with specific primers of 35 s promoter,anti-Acc and NPTII gene.
