TL;DRAbstract

A neutron dosimeter, suituble for single emergency exposures, is described. The dosimeter contains films of Al, Au, and Cd which can detect thermal, epi-thermal, and fast neutrons. Three of the constants by which the spectrum of the incident neutron flux is approximated, can therefore be determined. The dose calculated from these approximated spectra is compared to the dose from spectra obtuined in different standard spectra of types which may be expected in a radiation accident. (auth)
