Abstract ; Information systems used in at the installation pharmacy regional general Hospital Sunan Kalijaga Demak not using database, the system can not to produce information of accessibility, complete and timeliness when needed to support stock opname.  The purpose of the research to development an inventory of information systems to support stock opname in the installation pharmacy regional general hospital Sunan Kalijaga Demak and test systems have been development. The research hypothesis is there a difference between the system before development and after development. Measurement element is the quality assessment information from the system is variable accessibility , complete and timeliness. The research method is design in two stages : qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach one group pre-post test. Subjects were as administrator IFRS and system-level management personnel who need the information in the installation pharmacy regional general hospital Sunan Kalijaga
