EMS (Energy Monitoring System) applied to centralized dispatch of electric power, power and waterway in Stainless Steel Branch of Baosteel is introduced. The system is an entity monitoring system integrated with computer, drive and instrument, including public auxiliary units distributed in the whole company. It provides strong support for dispatch and management of energy. Its application changes traditional energy dispatch and management mode of the company, promotes dispatch and management level of energy, hence makes a certain contribution to energy saving and energy consumption decreasing of the company in energy management aspect.
