The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the exporting part of the High & Heavy market for deepsea RORO (ships constructed for rolling freight).Thus, the objective is to establish how the Port of Gothenburg should design its customer offering and strategy for this market.In the thesis High & Heavy has been defined as the cargo that, for different reasons, not is suitable for transport in a container whilst not exceed the maximum weight limit for a ship ramp and thereby is possible to roll onboard the ship.The market analysis has been qualitative and in order to acquire an entrenched view of the market a couple of different stake holders was interviewed, including shipping companies, cargo owners and ports, about the market forces, informal influencing factors and the view of the Port of Gothenburg.The empirical findings from the interviews indicated that the shipping companies possess the greatest force on the market which mostly depends on the low competition within the RORO shipping i
