6063Al/MB2/6063Al composite with multi-layer structure was processed by accumulative roll bonding (ARB). The effects of unannealing and annealing treatment on the microstructure and propertries of the composite were studied by electronic tensile machine, OM and SEM. The results show that, ARB technology can effectively refine the MB2 layer metal structure. The average grain size of MB2 layer after ARB 2 passes is refined from 16 μm to 2 μm. With the increase of rolling passes, the microstructure uniformly improves, but the grain size grows slightly. The tensile strength of the composite increases first and then decreases. The highest tensile strength is 192.5 MPa after ARB 2 passes. The elongation of cladding materials does not change significantly after ARB 1~2 passes, but gradually decrease after ARB 3~5 passes.
