Such position indicates that the Regional House of Representatives is in obscure position between as legislature and as government. The research is focused on whether the Regional House of Representatives in trias politica perspective is a part of legislature, what its position and its role in Indonesian constitutional system are, and what legal consequences of such position and role toward Indonesian constitutional system are.
