Tactics of subchoroidal hemorrhage treatment is constructed on two principles: drainage of blood from subchoroidal space combined with simultaneous endovitreous surgery, which extent depends of degree of vitreous disturbance. Using of this method allowed producing maximal anatomical result (reconstruction of vitreous) in 11 cases from 13.
