TL;DRAbstract

The article considers evolution of cooperation modes between business and power developed in the Russian society. The stated cooperation is described from the perspective of the conflict resolution approach. The author studies advantages and limitations of the neo-corporatist model of the business and power interaction and concludes that there is a need for institutionalization of conflicts between interests of business and power by means of formation of the business interest representation system.
