Forests have an important role for human life, because the forest serves as the lungs of the world, regulating the water, preventing erosion and landslides, as well as the source of germ plasma. Therefore, the existence of forests need to be preserved, conserved and managed properly in accordance with the characteristics of the forest, in order to function optimally and can be utilized in a sustainable manner with due regard to the principle of forest sustainability.
