On the basis of text interpretation of Introduction to Metaphysics, this paper analyzes Heidegger's elitism position having unique visual angle, reveals the philosophy turn and the paradox therein, and reached the following thought: the opposition between elite philosophy and masses philosophy should be transcended, and philosophy can not do anything without elites, and without daily life and the masses either, thus it can't be detached from politics, while it must keep away certain interval from politics, and find the balance point.
