TL;DRAbstract

The article is about demographic and resource aspects of modern relations between Russia and China in Siberia. Taking in consideration the underpopulation of Siberia and dense population of China, migration of the Chinese to Siberia seems to be a normal demographic process. In the foreseeable future population development of Russia will remain at the low level. Migration from Chinese People Republic will become the only way of resolving the problem of labour force deficit. The high rate of Chinese economic growth makes China be dependable on the import of energy resources, and in this circumstances Russia due to its vast energy resources becomes the strategic partner of CPR. National interests of Russia and China in Siberia are not abhorrent the one of the other, which is the base for further development of the interregional bilateral relations.
