TL;DRAbstract
TB infection in children and adolescents in the Siberian and Far Eastern federal districts remains a serious problem. Basic epidemiological parameters 1,5-2 times exceed. Russian parameters and are the highest in the Russian Federation. Over the past three years TB incidence rate in children increased and clinical weighting structure with the annual registration of child deaths from TB was marked. TB incidence in the districts of adolescents remains high. The fraction of pulmonary TB is increased in the clinical structure. Every third teenager is diagnosed with cavity decay and bacteria. The analysis shows that the only way out of the situation would, be the optimization of preventive, diagnostic and treatment work along with tight collaboration between specialists of TB services and general health.
