Brix Cheese Shop and Wine Bar is a bar in Iowa City that does not get enough attention and we found that it was significant to advocate for this space to gain a wider audience.\nIowa City is known for the varying restaurants and bars. From sit down steak houses to fast food joints, this town does not come up short with its selections. One of the bars just half a mile from downtown is Brix Wine Bar and Cheese shop. While many might not know about it, this bar definitely deserves recognition. Brix has a calm and laid back environment that keeps a prestigious and mature air to it. We believe that the story of this restaurant needs to be told because of its success and rapid development so that the community can benefit further from this delicious and relaxing treat.
