Transitive pairwise comparison matrices over abelian linearly ordered groups

2

TL;DRAbstract

Pairwise comparison matrices over abelian linearly ordered groups have been introduced in our previous works, where we focused on the consistency property and provided a consistency index. In this paper we introduce a condition weaker than consistency, the transitivity property, that allows us to determine the actual ranking of the alternatives and, in some cases, to individuate ordinal evaluation vectors.
