Les restes végétaux discrets dans les sépultures. Recherche et enseignements

Michel Girard-1986-01-01-Archéologie médiévale

TL;DRAbstract

M. Girard, Discreet vegetal remains in graves. The study of vegetal remains and microremains from graves can provide archaeology with information about funerary practices, such as the choice of the environment in which this or that necropolis will be installed, the type of offerings and grave goods accompanying the dead etc... These results can be achieved by taking a methodological approach, which is relatively simple, but necessitates, from the start, the archaeologists' awareness about this form of research.
