This article analyzes the factors that determine the formation of orientations and attitudes of children of different ages on a television education. Emphasizes the role of stereo-types of perception in early childhood television as a means of entertainment, rather than a source of new knowledge about the world. We investigate the relation to the establishment of a Regional television channel that increases the horizon of students about the processes of socio-economic and socio-cultural development of the Middle Urals.
