TL;DRAbstract
This study aims to find whether there is any relationship between preventing interruptions the classroom and the application of suggested movements from the Brain Gym program. This research was conducted with three year old children, in a bilingual Early Education Program located in Quito, Ecuador. The research framework summarizes and defines concepts like Brain Gym, interruptions and other basic understandings. The results suggest that children benefit from having moments of movement in the classroom and doing Brain Gym exercises; they are able to self regulate their impulses and therefore interrupt less. This facilitates classroom management.
