TL;DRAbstract

Some poverty elimination programs that have been done in Papua were not integrated, directed, and continuous, so Kampong Development Strategic Plan program (RESPEK) was developed to eliminate poverty. RESPEK program was done based on participative development principle. Eventually, the done program should be compared with the program concept. The question is whether RESPEK program carried out in North Batanta district of Raja Ampat regency has accorded to its concepts. RESPEK program in Papua started in 2007, while in North Batanta district of Raja Ampat regency it was also done in 2007. Implementation of RESPEK program in the district was done in four kampongs � Yensawai Barat, Yensawai Timur, Arefi Timur, and Arefi Barat. The aid was allocated for physical infrastructure development that supports society social economic activities.
