TL;DRAbstract

Today we spend more time at work than at home. We know the time we check in, but we don?t know when we will be going home. We share more with our co workers than with our families and every day the number of women and students joining the workforce increases. As such, work is an important part of people?s lives, so why not work in a place where the employee feels comfortable, with management, his co workers and with the general organizational climate? That question generated a research project to find out what can prevent this level of comfort from happening. The two main components of this research are: organizational change, organizational structure and how they affect the organizational climate. That is the reason why we arranged an instrument that will be used to analyze these three factors: change, structure and climate.
