Kinematics of motion displacement of water waves in circle surface consider about two-dimensional wave equation in a Cartesian coordinate system by using variable separation method. In entire discussion, the two-dimensional wave equation is transformed into polar coordinate system. By determine the conditions that limit the field of fixed limit where r = R, t value greater than zero and the Bessel functions values are used. Thus, the motion displacement equation obtained, namely Fourier Bessel equation. From equation, the motion displacement values of wave are found time-dependent. Universitas Sumatera Utara
