DEWI HARYANI Analysis of Efficiency Rice Farms of Integrated Crop Management Programs in Serang District, Banten Province.( HARIANTO as Chairman and NUNUNG KUSNADI as Members of the Advisory Committee) The purpose of this paper is to determine factors influencing technical efficiency of rice farms in sub district of Carenang, Serang District. The analysis use frontier production function estimated using MLE method. Procedure assuming that Cobb-Douglas is a functional form of production function for rice farms in the research area the estimation is based on technigue. Cross sectional data of 60 Integrated Crop Management (ICM) programs farmers and 60 non ICM programs farmers. Research show that ICM programs farmers operate between 70 percent to 99 percent of efficiency, are 87 percent on average.
