The results of using videoendoscopic lumbar sympathectomy testify to its high efficacy and low traumaticity. Duration of surgical intervention and postoperative rehabilitation, and also probability of complications are reduced. This intervention is preferable in comparison with traditional surgeries especially in patients with severe concomitant diseases. It may be recommended as an independent method of treatment and as an addition to reconstructive surgeries on vessels lower inguinal fold
