The regulation enacted on the grounds of the information society services must provide for the latest technological advances of the recent years, by defi - ning accurately the objective and subjective scope and the setting of application of the E-Commerce. Based on that information, I pretend to introduce the reader briefl y throughout these sentences to an assessment that overviews the reality of the E-Commerce and the information society services regulation in Costa Rica.
