Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of paeonol in Jinkuishenqi Pills, and is suitable for the use of quality control of paeonol in Jinkuishenqi Pills.. Methods: HPLC analys is was carried at by using Prodigy 5u ODS3 100A (250 mm×4.6 mm) column, the mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45), detection wavelength was 274 nm, And the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results: A good linearity between the range of 0.5784 μg/ml~9.2544 μg/ml was found (r=0.9992), the average recovery was 99.61%. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurabe and is suitable for the use of quality control of paeonol in Jinkuishenqi Pills.
