Most of the force are idle for the unemployment benefits. This paper puts forward the labor-leisure model and an econometric model, explore and disseminate the fund of the unemployment benefits, the result shows the amount of relief per capita disposable income is closely related to the outcome of the proposed sub-and labor-time, personal remuneration linked to the implementation of unemployment relief.
