Analysis of the factors that affect the performance of executive budget is one of the interesting topics in executive performance research budget. The objectives of this research are to determine the factors affecting budget performance in the District executing the Raja Ampat West Papua Province. The factors are management information systems, facilities and infrastructure, employee competence, systems and procedures, rewards, and punishment. The research sample is used the executive budget officer at Raja Ampat West Papua Province. Data analysis of research using multiple linear regressions. The results showed the facilities and infrastructure factors, employee competence, systems and procedures, and the award has a positive and significant impact on budget implementation performance.
