Studies on the relationship between model parameters and forecasting parameter is an urgent and important study carried out in order to obtain some certainty about how exactly the effect of one parameter model for others of other model parameters and forecast parameters. To make the discussion of the issue, selected cases of weather forecasting (weather forecasting) as a model case to study the relationship between model parameters and weather forecasting. The model used was the Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP), while its forecasting is weather forecasting research institute developed the Naval Research Laboratory Monterey California Marine Division meteorological United States, The Coupled Ocean / Atmosphere Mesoscale Prediction System (COAMPS).
