TL;DRAbstract

Harvey Applebaum: The panelists agreed earlier that rather than simply responding to one another (of course I'm sure some of them may be itching to do so after the four papers) I would put some pinpointed questions to them. As they discuss those questions they will also, as appropriate, take the opportunity to respond or comment on the other papers. I think it's only fitting that Professor Sullivan who was the lead-off speaker this afternoon and therefore was up front so that the three subsequent speakers had all heard his talk should go first.
