TL;DRAbstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze fair market value of containership on Februari,22 nd 2011. The Discounted Cash Flow/DCF Method in the Income Approach and market approach used to analyze this research. To analyze this research I used a container loded report of MV.CEC ACCORD Vessel in 2005 until 2010 period. Trend was form based on historical data of the vessel, Trend used which was to estimate future income of the vessel until 2016 According to calculation based on assumption which used, then finally fair market value of containership on February 22, 2011 is US$4,282,500 (four million two hundred and eighty two thousand and five hundred dollar).
