ABSTRACT Works of inputting and recording data are regular works for officer. Those kind of works are being done by using computer repeatedly in a long range of times. The works execution is effected by external factor, for example physical work environment. Comfortable physical work environment wil increase work performance. One of work performance parameters is work completion time. Participatory ergonomics approach is a method that can be used to improve physical work environment by involving everyone in the environment. This research was an experimental research to analize the influence of participatory ergonomics approach implementation on improving physical work environment by involving research object on improving physical work environment, which is inputting and recording data using computer in two different physical work environment condition.
