Rede agências : análise do informativo interno publicado pelos Correios

TL;DRAbstract

The present work had for objective to analyze if the informative Rede Agências is contributing for the personal and professional growth of the collaborators of the area of the attendance of the agencies of Correios.Research next to this public-target by means of interview sent for email was carried through.Using as base the concept of endomarketing and the objective of the publication, the research showed that the newsletter does not reach its objective integrally, needing some adjustments in the publication and in the attitudes of the managers.The raised data had not been enough to arrive to conclusive answers, however it had been perceived chances of improvement in the publication of the informative Rede Agências.The newsletter needs to open a communication channel with the readers so that the imperfections can be solved and so that the publication reaches the reader's taste, makes possible personal growth and better professional performance and that it makes possible to the public-t
