TL;DRAbstract
Chengxiang 成相 by Xun Zi was a rare masterpiece of poetry in Pre-Qin period, and it was of great significance in the developmental history of poetry. However, this poem did not arouse enough attention from tire researchers. On the basis of the foregoing academic research, this paper gives a further investigation of this poem in terms of the interpretations of the meanings of ”Chengxiang,” its rhyming schemes, textual arrangement, and its status mi the Chinese poetry history.
