TL;DRAbstract

The article discusses the use of management skills for personnel evaluation at the petrochemical enterprises, which are necessary for the successful achievement of business objectives. The model of management competencies is applied for evaluation and formation of a personal profile of management competencies for every manager in personnel management. Using the profile of management skills, the managers are able to not only analyze the results achieved by an employee for a given period, but also to understand the ways to achieve such effects.
