Abstract This research is entitled Analyze of the effect of upper-echelon executives diversity toward the strategic decision processes (study on manufacture industry in Central Java). The upper-echelon executives diversity was observed from various variables, those were culture diversity, cognitive diversity, and demographic diversity. Whereas variables outside upper-echelon executive diversity which was inputted into the model was product turbulence. Variable of culture diversity was observed from three dimension, those were individualism versus collectivism dimension, power distance dimension, and masculinity versus femininity dimension. In this research, those variables were independent, while the dependent variable was the process of strategic decision.
