The under target of prescription of outpatients unit ( < 80 % ) in Pharmacy Installation is the main problem of Management of Ibnu Sina Hospital in Padang. The new patients visit in outpatients unit is about 67 %, who are considered seldom buy a medicine to Pharmacy Installation. This affect the overall income of Ibnu Sina Hospital from Pharmacy Installation that contribute about 40 %. The quality of pharmacy services may be the factors that influence the new outpatients lowered buy the prescription. This was an observational research using cross sectional approach. Amount of respondent was 100 persons of Outpatient Unit, as new patients in Pharmacy Installation at Ibnu Sina Hospital. There are 7 Independent variables which the perception of appearance ( physic ) of IFRS, the perception of ease of services, the perception of availability of medical, the perception of speed of officer services, the perception of officer competence, the perception of giving of medical information, and t
