Due to un-prescedented social, industrial and human reproductive growth, our global society is rapidly approaching peak development, coupling with climate change factors and accelerating Earths current 'melt cycle'. Our challenge is to do more with less; to question the 'way' it has always been done; to develop innovative low carbon engineering tools; to design and mimic natural eco-systems and to reduce both carbon and ecological footprints.
