[EN]The article poses the analysis of the judicial prosecutions developed by the bishopric court of Zaragoza about conflict in premarital relationships. Along this analysis are described the functions of the court, the different cases that it accepted and under what which legal parameters were the verdicts elaborated. The objective is to appoint the juristic terms were followed by the court and what their competences were, according to the common ethics.
