TL;DRAbstract

A brief review of approaches to urban systems analysis is given. The approach to urban systems analysis based on estimation of levels of concentration and accumulation of capital is emphasized. Such analysis of urban systems of Russia, Siberian Federal District, and Irkutsk Oblast is offered. The analysis reveals specific characteristics of these urban systems, and appraises approximate levels of concentration and accumulation of capital in urban systems.
