TL;DRAbstract

The present investigation measures the local impact that produces the being and occupation of the company Arcelormittal Mexico in the municipality of Lazaro Cardenas Michoacan, Mexico. There is investigated the social, economic and personal impact of the both direct and indirect actors as well as Burnout's syndrome or labor wear described by the first time in the seventies, appears as response prolonged to the job stress, affecting the health of the workers as well as his labor and social relations. From a perspective psychosocial the labor wear is characterized because the individual develops an idea of professional failure, emotional depletion and negative attitudes towards the persons with whom it works. An investigation was realized on the labor wear and his relation by the perception of the quality in the service. In that 108 workers took part.
