TL;DRAbstract

This presentation explored the possibilities for regulating 'enhancements' of children through an analogy with the regulation of choice in education; through considerations of reasons why regulation of health technologies is implemented in other areas, noting some relevant issues that are raised in those areas; and through reflection on some of the technical issues of how regulation can be implemented.
