TL;DRAbstract

In addition to a unit test on each of the seven critical areas needed for success in algebra, there is a unit test measuring student's mastery (speed and accuracy) of the multiplication tables. In developing an IMIP, students are given a unit test for each section in which a problem was missed on the Algebra Readiness Assessment (ARA). If the student scores 90% over above the unit test, they move on to the next unit in the sequence. If the student scores below 90%, they will receive intervention on the specific skill indicator in which a problem was missed on the unit.
