TL;DRAbstract

A case of twin reversed arterial perfusion (TRAP) sequence is reported. The diagnosis was made at delivery at 26 weeks of gestation. The first twin was acardiac and the second twin was stillborn without gross anomaly. Pathophysiology, diagnosis, complications and treatment of TRAP sequence are reviewed.
